I am a Certified Executive Leadership & Career Coach and advocate for students and families. In my current role, I serve as a Leadership Coach for Principals and Assistant Principals in the School District of Philadelphia where I also co-facilitate the Black Male School Leader Think-Tank affinity group within the district. I am an Adjunct
I am a Certified Executive Leadership & Career Coach and advocate for students and families. In my current role, I serve as a Leadership Coach for Principals and Assistant Principals in the School District of Philadelphia where I also co-facilitate the Black Male School Leader Think-Tank affinity group within the district. I am an Adjunct Professor of Early Childhood Education at Cheyney University of Pennsylvania. I hold a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Saint Joseph University, where I also received my Certified Executive Coaching and Career Coaching Certification in conjunction with the Center for Executive Coaching (CEC). I hold Pennsylvania Department of Education Licenses/Certificate for Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Principal K-12, and English Instruction 7-12. I serve as a board member for The Lighthouse 1893.org and I am the chapter president of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Incorporated Omicron Delta Lambda Chapter.
With over 22 years of experience in Pennsylvania's education system ranging from English teacher, Principal, to Leadership Coach, I bring authenticity, cultural competency, and invaluable leadership knowledge that is applicable to leaders of all levels across all industries. Using the International Coaching Federation Core Competencies (ICF) and the ICF Code of Ethics to ground my coaching practice, I invite my clients to bring their whole selves, just as they are, to the table, and embark on a journey of realization and transformation by way of intentional inquiry and deep self-reflection.
